Kyle and Sean were really helpful in making the purchase seamless and as smooth as possible. They were open about the cost and were awesome. Even the manager of Kelowna Kia was very friendly.
To begin with, I had already paid the deposit at another Kia dealership as they had told me that I could drive away my new car in a week. However, after a week when I contacted them, they had no clue when the vehicle would arrive and there were some shipment issues. That’s when I reached out to Kelowna Kia who had a car in inventory of my liking.

These guys always take care of me! I went in yesterday to pick up my new floor mats and they took the time to vacuum out my car and put them in place for me. It made all the difference in my day! I highly recommend this dealership. It's the best in town!
Bought a used Honda Ridgeline from Kia. Nice people but the vehicle had problems which they said they’d fix. Lots of promises but I’m still waiting for parts which were on back order but no record they were ever ordered by Kia after speaking with Honda who they were supposedly ordered through. I have a signed agreement to fix the problems but after inquiring a few times it appears I’ve been ghosted. Purchased the vehicle in May. Not impressed. To me it seems they had no intention of honoring the purchase agreement.
Had a disappointing experience getting my first oil change for my new car. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes for just an oil change, even with an appointment. When I dropped my car off they said they would get it done as soon as possible. After an hour I asked how much longer, and they said to be back by noon. Car wasn’t ready until 1. They also left a black grease smudge inside my car :’(
The people who work in the service department are good. But I am not happy with the fact that my command start for my car worked before I brought my car in to get the clock switch for the air bag fixed, but didn't after. Kia says they are not responsible. So, not happy.
Kelowna Kia had a couple cars I've been interested in for 2023. I previously had a Kia Niro PHEV. I talked to Kyle a few times and when they had 3 options I liked I went to look and test drive. He is very friendly and helpful. Works well …
